Sienna Wessel, M.S. Student
University of Wyoming Botany Dept.
Welcome to my page! I am excited to share with you my ongoing research on the sagebrush steppe communities of Grand Teton National Park which will inform a large scale restoration effort ongoing near the iconic Mormon Row. I am a proud member of Dr. Daniel Laughlin's lab entering the first field season of this project and the second official year of my Master's program in Botany. When I am not in the field botanizing, analyzing plant traits in the lab, or in my seventh hour of R programming with coffee in hand you can find me working on a variety of science communication projects.
*My words and opinions are my own and not those of the National Park Service.
